With over 30 years of experience as a police officer, firefighter, EMS chief, and community leader in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, I’ve lived the first responder life. I patrolled Conshohocken and Plymouth Township’s streets, negotiated crises with Montgomery County SWAT, and earned awards for saving lives and service to the public, all while facing the toll it takes: long hours, harsh calls, and the fight to keep family first. Disabled and retired from policing after decades of service, I now channel my experience into helping others find balance.
Married for over 30 years, my wife and I raised two children while navigating her breast cancer journey and my own challenges. We’ve weathered the storms—stress, sacrifice, and uncertainty—that many first responder families know too well. As a trained hostage and crisis negotiator turned life coach, I bring that hard-earned wisdom to you. I’ve learned how to listen, adapt, and rebuild, and I’m here to guide first responders and their loved ones toward peace and strength. Through practical, personalized, or group coaching, we’ll tackle stress, mend relationships, and carve out space for what matters most.
Your service doesn’t have to cost you your balanced life. Let’s work together to thrive—on and off the job. David J. Zinni, LCP
